And companies that decide to set up here can choose from a range of locations from busy, larger towns such as Guildford and Woking to smaller, more picturesque market towns and villages, with offices in anything from a brand new high-tech business centre to a Georgian townhouse, a rural executive office overlooking fields or even a Grade II-listed mansion.
