Why rent offices in Craven Arms?
Formerly an important trading post between England and Wales, Craven Arms is stone’s throw from the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This small market town plays host to the award-winning Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre and is the gateway for visitors who want to explore the area’s many nature walks. Other attractions in Craven Arms are the quirky Land of Lost Content Museum, documenting popular culture in Britain over the past century, and Stokesay Castle, the best-preserved fortified medieval manor house in England, just south of the town.
Craven Arms is within easy reach of both the bustling heartlands of the Midlands and the regenerated economic engine of Cardiff. It lies on the A49 between Shrewsbury, 20 miles to the north, and Ludlow to the south. It’s also on the Heart of Wales railway line, and it has its own station. Rail travel times are just over 20 minutes to Shrewsbury, an hour and 20 minutes to Newport and less than two hours to both Cardiff and Manchester. Journey times to London via Crewe are a little over three hours.
By road you’re looking at 40 minutes to Shrewsbury, an hour-and-a-half to both Gloucester and Birmingham and a little over two hours to Bristol, with Manchester only 15 minutes further away. The town has recently gone through a phase of expansion with housing development on its western side and commercial development on the northern end.
