Why choose offices in SW6?

SW6 is a green London area within close reach of many extravagant places, such as Chelsea and Kensington. As such it is considered of one London’s prime areas. This reputation is reflected in property prices in the area, which are much sought after by up and coming young professionals.

Fulham, within SW6 is one of the most expensive parts of London, and this is reflected in its high-level services and offerings. Fulham Broadway has undergone considerable pedestrianisation and is home to a number of cafes, bars and salon and a large supermarket.

Meanwhile key streets such as New Kings Road host a number of interior shops, antique shops and galleries, particularly as it goes through Parsons Green, another key area of SW6. SW6 is surrounded by several other significant areas of London, all easily accessible via strong transport links. It is on the Wimbledon branch of the Tube’s District line, with stations at Putney Bridge, Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway.
