Office space in Northolt
Northolt is clearly an up-and-coming area to watch for the future. Having been an overlooked suburb it is now proving a hidden gem for businesses, and as such Office Genie has provided you with some guidance on the area and the potential properties available for rent there.
Why choose offices in Northolt?
Northolt is a significant town in northwest London, within the London Borough of Ealing. Historically, it had quite a sleepy, small-town image, but is now home to an increasing range of small and medium-sized organisations and a growing population. This has been largely attributed to its position as a commuter town for nearby Ealing, which is less than four miles away. Ealing has a strong reputation as a significant commercial and retail centre, as does Harrow (also less than four miles away).
Two important features of Northolt itself are the ancient Grand Union Canal and the modern A40 road, both key transport links running through the town. The Grand Union Canal is part of the historic British canal system that runs from London to Birmingham, while the A40 passes through seven London Boroughs and some popular shopping areas, such as Oxford Street and Soho. The section running through Northolt is known as Western Avenue.
The A40 also links the City of London and the West End to the M40 and M25 motorways and there are several tube stations along the road. Northolt itself has an Underground station on the Central line and a Network Rail station, Northolt Park Station.
Northolt is also home to one of the most significant developments in London, Northala Fields; a site turning waste materials from the original Wembley Stadium and the new White City shopping centre into new habitats for wildlife and recreational facilities.
Office space options in Northolt
Looking around the Northolt area, there are three main rental options available. These include a more traditional lease from a landlord, ideal if you’re looking for a basic space to grow and develop your business. Alternatively, there is the more flexible option of selecting some deskspace to rent. This is comparatively cheap if you’re a freelancer or quite a small business.
The third possibility is to rent a serviced office, which provides you with the complete package: furnished space, services provided and no responsibilities around maintenance.
You don’t have to decide straight away – take a look through our Northolt listings and see what you like. If you don’t find your ideal space immediately fear not! We’re regularly updating our listings so you can check back with us or enquire via our helpline.
