Office space in Ladbroke Grove
Celebrated in music and literature, Ladbroke Grove is an iconic area of west London that could be just the location for your next office rental. So why not take the plunge into our Office Genie guide to the area to find out?
Why rent offices in Ladbroke Grove?
You’ll find references to Ladbroke Grove everywhere from the science fiction novels of Michael Moorcock to the psychedelic music of Hawkwind and beyond to punk and Britpop. It’s the nearest Underground station for the celebrated Portobello Road market, and it’s the main route for the Notting Hill Carnival every August.
But Ladbroke Grove has a lot going for businesses too. The Portobello Business Centre has been running for 25 years offering advice and support for start-ups and established businesses. And the area falls in the catchment of the Kensington and Chelsea Chamber of Commerce, which offers upmarket business networking events.
At the heart of Ladbroke Grove is the London Underground station – on both the Hammersmith and City and Circle lines – with journey times of 25 minutes to Liverpool Street and five minutes to Paddington. From Paddington you’ll get connections to the West and South West of England via First Great Western, and to the Heathrow Express, offering four trains an hour to Heathrow with a journey time of just 15 minutes.
Other rail stations serving the area include Kensal Green to the north, on the London Overground and Bakerloo lines, Latimer road to the west and Westbourne Park to the east, also on the Hammersmith and City and Circle lines. Notting Hill Gate and Holland Park on the Central line are about a mile to the south.
Ladbroke Grove sits under the Westway, the overpass on the A40 that runs out to the M40 and M25 in the west, a 30-minute drive away. And it’s only a couple of miles to Hammersmith and the A4, from where you can pick up the M4 to the west.
Ladbroke Grove: Your office space options
